This policy applies to our websites, charging station kiosks, mobile applications, RFID authentication cards, fleet tracking portals, and physical lifestyle charging destinations.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to provide efficient, safe, and personalized mobility and charging services:

• Identity & Contact Data: Full name, verified mobile number, email address, corporate entity details, and tax identification (GSTIN) for business billing.
• Vehicular & Technical Telemetry: Vehicle registration number, vehicle make and model, battery state of charge (SoC), charging speed curves, energy delivered (kWh), connector type (CCS2/Type 2), and charging session timestamps.
• Location & Navigation Information: Geolocation coordinates utilized to direct drivers to the nearest available AutoKar EV charging destination and to provide ETA calculations.
• Financial & Transaction Records: Transaction IDs, wallet balances, UPI references, and billing history. We do not store complete credit card or debit card numbers on our local servers.
• Safety & Premises Surveillance: 24/7 Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) recordings at all AutoKar EV charging bays, parking lots, and food court lounges for physical passenger and asset security.

3. How We Use Your Data

Data processed by AutoKar EV is deployed exclusively for legitimate commercial, operational, and regulatory purposes, including:

• Authorizing and delivering high-speed electric power to your vehicle.
• Managing grid dynamic load distribution to prevent substation overloads.
• Generating tax-compliant invoices and charging session logs.
• Dispatching roadside emergency assistance, towing units, or ambulance response teams when triggered.
• Providing commercial fleet managers with aggregated efficiency and operational reporting.

4. Data Protection & Security Architecture

AUTOCAR INTERNATIONAL implements enterprise-grade technical and organizational safeguards:

• Encryption in Transit and at Rest: All data transmissions between vehicles, chargers, mobile apps, and central cloud servers utilize TLS 1.3 encryption.
• OCPP 2.0.1 Compliance: Charging hardware communications conform to international secure charging protocols with hardware security modules (HSM).
• Payment Gateway Security: Payment transactions are handled through RBI-regulated, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment aggregators.

5. User Rights Under the DPDP Act 2023

In compliance with the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), users of AutoKar EV services retain the following statutory rights:

• Right to Access: You may request a summary of personal and charging data processed by us.
• Right to Correction & Erasure: You can update inaccurate profile details or request account deletion, subject to statutory tax record retention requirements.
